2. Appointments & Cancellations

• We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of prepaid services.

• We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
• All payments are due at the time of service unless prepaid online or with a gift card.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
